What we move
Houses, apartments, and condos — across town, across Montana, or home to Missoula from somewhere new.
Office, retail, and small-business relocations — across town, or opening up a new spot in Missoula.
Pianos, antiques, art, and other items that need more than a furniture dolly.
Gun safes, hot tubs, pool tables, treadmills, and anything else that bends backs.
Interstate and intrastate moves with one crew from pickup to delivery — no swaps, no lost boxes.
Downsizing, transitions, and shifts to 55+ or assisted living — at a patient pace, with whoever's helping coordinate.

A note from the owner
We're a small Missoula crew. I quote every move, my crew runs every job, and the phone on this site rings in my pocket. When something goes sideways, you call me. That's the whole point.

★★★★★
Senior move"Gage and his team (shoutout to Dillon!) absolutely saved the day for my elderly mother's move. It was a last-minute situation, and he stepped in with total flexibility, clear communication, and a strategic plan that made everything feel manageable. Moving is usually pure chaos, but they made it smooth, calm, and surprisingly easy. His transparency and no-nonsense approach to resolving issues when surprises arrived gave me real peace of mind. He went above and beyond with solutions that saved us time, money, and the headache. If you need movers who show up with skill, heart, and zero drama, I can't recommend Gage and his crew enough. They're the team you want to make moving simple and done right."

Commercial move"If you're looking for movers, look no further! They fit me in last minute. Gage and his crew were early, kind, great communicators and efficient workers. They were delicate with my stuff too. 10/10 recommend!"

Long-distance"Our recent move from Montana to Colorado was made much easier by Gage and his crew at Moving On Up. I took a chance on hiring a smaller company but their reviews were excellent so I decided to give them a shot. They hit every time line including arrival for loading, transport & arrival time at our new home. The crew were experts at packing the truck and took great care in prepping & loading our possessions. Upon arriving in Colorado, Dylan & Chris worked tirelessly to unload and had excellent attitudes while in our home. Their hard work was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but positives to say about Gage and the crew at Moving On Up, LLC. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My experience could not have been better."

Common questions
A couple of days out is usually all we need for local moves. During peak summer season (June–August), plan on one to two weeks out to lock in your date. Either way, give us a ring at (406) 241-9799 — we'll tell you straight what's open.
Pads, blankets, and shrink-wrap come on every truck. Boxes, tape, and full packing services are available upon request — just say so on the quote form or by phone, and we'll bring what you need.
Because we write it down before move day. Local moves run on an hourly rate. Long-haul moves get a full QuickBooks invoice with half down to lock in the date — the balance is due on delivery. Either way, the number on your written estimate is the number on your invoice, unless the scope changes.
Yes — we're a Missoula crew, we deal with steep driveways, narrow mountain roads, and old houses with tight stairs every week. Mention any access issues in your quote request so we plan the right trucks and crew size.
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured — goods-in-transit coverage on every move plus workers' comp on every employee. Certificates and license numbers available on request.
You tell us, and we make it right. Every job is covered by goods-in-transit insurance, but the first call is always to the owner — same number on this site. We don't disappear after move day.
Of course we do — a small weekend fee applies. Give us a ring at (406) 241-9799 for a quote, and book early: weekends fill up first.
