Before the move we will collect important information from you and develop a detailed report includes the size of your office space, the amount of furniture or heavy machinery, the details of staircases, elevators, or parking restrictions, and your specific insurance requirements. Following analysis of your details, we will supply you with a quote. Smaller-scale office moves are charged at an hourly rate. For offices larger than 3,000 sq. ft., we may arrange for an onsite visual estimate. We will then provide you with a "not-to-exceed" quote so you can accurately plan your budget.
We will ask you to check with your landlord if any additional liability insurance is required. Moving On Up can provide this at your request, but we will need accurate coverage details and limits from you.
